Wedding Gowns

Hayley Paige wedding gowns are available to be purchased from approved partner retail stockists only, and are not sold online through hayleypaige.com. Inquiries or disputes for Hayley Paige wedding gowns should be directed to the retail stockist where the gown was purchased, or to the Hayley Paige customer service team at salesusa@hayleypaige.com. Promotional Merchandise

Hayley Paige limited edition merchandise may be available to be purchased online at hayleypaige.com when in-stock, and is shipped using United Parcel Service (UPS).

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the buyer’s location, including the option of international destinations, and is shown at the checkout.

There are two tiers of shipping offered:

- Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days (lower cost)
- Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days (additional cost)

Upon despatch of the order, a tracking number is emailed to the email address associated with the online purchase. The order can be tracked directly through UPS, or by using the Shop app.

Incorrect Address

We will ship to the address provided on the order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, our customer service team will endeavor to contact the customer to confirm and update the delivery details. Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package. 

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or personal preference. As the promotional merchandise sold on hayleypaige.com is limited edition, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds if the size is not suitable. It is recommended that customers refer to the size guide provided and choose carefully when placing their order.

Faulty items

If any item arrives faulty or soiled from the manufacturing or handling process, it may be eligible for a return and refund, however we do not take responsibility for orders damaged in transit.

If there is an identified fault, the customer is required to email our customer service team at salesusa@hayleypaige.com within 7 days of receipt of the order, including photos and details of the issue. Our customer service team will then evaluate the issue to determine if it qualifies for a return and refund.
